This is specifically used to show you nearby shops, popular shops in your area, and offers available at locations near you.
Visit Data: We collect and track your visits to participating shops to enable the loyalty program features, including visit history, offer redemptions, and unlocking deals based on visit frequency.
Device Data: Device information such as your mobile device ID, model, and manufacturer, and information about the location of your device, if you access the Application from a mobile device.
2. Use of Your Information
Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we may use information collected about you via the Application to:
Enable Loyalty Features: To track your visits to shops, manage your loyalty rewards, and unlock special offers based on your visit frequency.
Personalize Experience: To show you nearby shops, popular shops in your area, limited time offers, and deals based on your geographic location and preferences.
Facilitate Shop Discovery: To help you discover shops by category (Fruits, Meat, Dairy, Grocery, Vegetables, Seafood, Electronics, Fashion, Beauty, etc.) and view offers from participating merchants.
Business Management: For shopkeepers, to manage offers, track customer visits, view redemptions, and engage with customers through the dashboard.
Communication: To send you notifications about new offers, visit milestones, promotional deals, and updates from shops you've visited.
Improve App Functionality: To monitor and analyze usage and trends to improve your experience with the app.
3. Disclosure of Your Information

4. Security of Your Information
We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse.

6. Data Retention
We retain your visit history and loyalty data for the duration of your account and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with our legal obligations and resolve disputes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
